Spookier Than Average Temperatures

The past 24 hours in State College has been much of the same as the previous few days. Last night and into this morning brought fog which is perfect for Halloween being in a couple of days. Today, it will remain clear during the day with some clouds creeping in during the overnight hours. Temperatures will also be higher than they have been over the past couple of days, getting into the low 70s. Tomorrow, temperatures will return back to average with passing clouds throughout the entire day. For Halloween, clouds will increase throughout the day and be mostly cloudy for treat or treating with temperatures remaining in the 50s.
