The Commonwealth will see cool and quiet weather on Thursday, with temperatures a few degrees below average and mostly clear skies. Slightly warmer temperatures enter the region on Friday, but so does an increase in cloud cover. Heading into the weekend, partly cloudy skies and seasonable temperatures are expected on Saturday. A few showers are possible on Sunday before a more organized rainy system threatens to invade the region in the early to middle part of next work week.
