Comfortable Conditions Coming

Above average temperatures have been prevalent throughout the Commonwealth over the past several days. After a week of high humidity, the presence of a cold front will bring less muggy conditions. Conditions have also been characterized by particularly sunny skies.

For today above average temperatures are expected to continue, the air will feel refreshing in comparison to the past few days. Brilliant sunshine is expected with a passing cloud or two overnight. Cloud cover will begin to build overnight and into this weekend.

Tomorrow is expected to be overcast early with showers and thunderstorms possible in the afternoon. For the Penn State vs. Temple game in Philadelphia, cloudy conditions are expected with the possibility of a stray shower. Looking ahead, drier conditions are expected heading into Sunday and the start of next work week.
