This will be a basic explanation of what you are actually looking at when you see the upper right hand panel and why recognizing weather features on the panel is very useful. The journey may seem difficult by looking at the panel shown above, but the task of understanding it won’t be as painful as you may think; it’s actually fairly easy. With this new knowledge that you are acquiring, it will lead to a better understanding of your map discussions and will enable you to become a better forecaster in the long run.
