Excused = You tell your shift manager BEFORE THE SHIFT that you will be absent, regardless of the reason.

Unexcused = You DO NOT tell your shift manager BEFORE THE SHIFT that you will be absent, regardless of the reason.

No Absence = You get another CWS member to take your place at your shift. No absence is counted against you; it is as if you were present.

Mandatory meetings count towards attendance. There are 2 per semester for general assembly and 4 per semester for shift managers.

Brunch, Noon, Afternoon and Evening Shifts: 3 Excused and 1 Unexcused per shift per semester.

Morning Shifts: 2 Excused and 2 Unexcused per shift per semester
